Como todo un éxito fue catalogado el primer día de vacunación contra el Covid-19. El ministro de Salud Enrique Paris informó que 209.501 personas ya fueron vacunadas contra el Covid-19 en Chile. Del total, 23.942 corresponden a adultos mayores y se contabilizan 1.422 centros operativos en todo el país.

El proceso de vacunación masiva, comenzó este miércoles, especialmente para el grupo prioritario, los mayores de 90 años. Según los indicadores de CESFAM de la Red SSMC, hoy se administraron casi 5 mil dosis.

Es así como en la comuna de Estación Central fueron vacunados 884 ciudadanos, en Cerrillos 676 y en Maipú 2.071, entregando un total de 3.631 dosis.

Se espera que para los próximos días, el número de vacunaciones vaya en aumento, para alcanzar la meta autoimpuesta por el gobierno que superaría las 15 millones de dosis.
