Un debate que promete intensidad: Cámara de Diputados declara admisible proyecto para un tercer retiro del diez por ciento

Este martes, la Sala de la Cámara de Diputados declaró admisible el proyecto de ley que permite un tercer retiro del diez por ciento de los fondos previsionales, iniciativa impulsada por por los legisladores de la Federación Regionalista Verde Social, Alejandra Sepúlveda y Jaime Mulet.

Con esto, el proyecto pasa a la Comisión de Constitución y será su presidente, Matías Walker, quien deberá poner la iniciativa en tabla.

Además del retiro del diez por ciento, la propuesta contemplaque los pensionados por rentas vitalicias también puedan sacar hasta un diez por cientodel monto que le hayan transferido a las aseguradoras.

Un punto que diferencia los dos retiros anteriores, es que tanto para quienes saquen dinero de las AFP como de rentas vitalicias, se incluye un bono de reconocimiento para que sea el Estado el que se haga cargo de reponer el dinero retirado al momento de jubilar.

La iniciativa promete un intenso debate en el Parlamento, pues no toda la oposición ha apoyado el proyecto y, desde ya, el Gobierno a rechaza tajantemente. “Un tercer retiro es para los ricos”, señaló el Presidente Sebastián Piñera.
